Following the UK’s departure from the EU, new customs processes are now in place when importing and exporting goods between the UK and the EU. All goods exported to the EU may be subject to VAT, customs duties and a small clearance/handling fee which our RES customers are responsible for.
All orders are dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail. Please note that because of continuing customs and COVID impacts, international shipping is currently much slower than pre-Brexit and pre-COVID delivery times, with most parcels taking 5-6 weeks to arrive but possible delays of up to 10 to 12 weeks. For UK deliveries please allow 7-10 days. For any parcels that are returned to us by Royal Mail, additional postage will need to be paid to resend.
