Contemporary Topics in Biology speaker availability
Urgently seeking Early Career Entomologists!
- Could you act as a role model and share your enthusiasm for entomology with undergraduate biology students?
- Have you recently given a conference presentation about your research, or are presenting one at ENTO?
- Could you adapt your presentation for a general audience and explain the importance of your work to society and opportunities for graduate careers, as well as promoting your research?
If you answered yes, I would like to invite you to take part in a mini conference about applied entomology, forensic biology or insect conservation biology for Biology students at the University of Central Lancashire.
The minimum contribution is a 25-minute recorded or live online talk.
If you are able to visit UCLAN in Preston and are entitled to work within the UK there may be an opportunity to become more involved and the University can pay a modest hourly fee and travel costs from within UK (subject to a right to work check).
All contributors will receive a UCLAN certificate confirming their participation, and subject to their permission may be featured in a news item on the UCLAN website.
