Things to do

Falmouth is a picturesque town on the coast of Cornwall and is easily walkable on foot. We definitely recommend taking a walk around the harbour and docks, sandy beaches, and Tudor castle. You can also hop on a boat trip to various destinations!

Below are some nearby things to explore.

If you are extending your trip, The Eden Project is only an hour or so north-west of Falmouth.

Places to eat

There are lots of places to eat in Falmouth including: Chain Locker (pub), Verdant brewery and seafood bar, Indidog, Star and Garter (gastro pub), Cribbs (Caribbean), Gurkha (Nepalese & Indian), PloyThai, Stable (pizza), Harbour Lights (fish and chips) or the Meat Counter (burgers) – can get takeaway from the last two to eat in the Front pub.

Weather permitting, we suggest the outdoor seating on the harbour side by the Front and Chainlocker pubs as a good place to rendezvous in the evening for a drink.
