Insects and other invertebrates are used in many lines of scientific enquiry including genetics, forensics, agriculture, and human health; as well as kept as pets in the home. This necessitates both organisations and individual rearing a wide range of species literally ‘in house’.
Our Rearing SIG aims to bring together like-minded scientists and hobbyists to create a strong, professional network in what is important technical role and leisure pursuit.
